Beware of cheap knock-off HP Series repair kits and diaphragms selling on Amazon and eBay!
HIBLOW genuine diaphragms and casing blocks now have the HIBLOW logo on the part as pictured. If the listing on Amazon or eBay has a picture without the logo and the price is too good to be true, the listing is likely for a knock off product. Don’t be fooled!
HIBLOW HP-60/80 genuine factory certified parts have the HIBLOW logo as circled (see image below)
One time I decided to buy some perfume on Amazon for my significant other. There were a few listings that were much cheaper than the others. The box, logo, and perfume bottle all looked legitimate. I thought to myself, “what a great deal!”
When she opened the box, everything looked great. She sprayed the perfume, and it even smelled great – for 30 seconds! What was supposed to last hours lasted only a few seconds! I was fooled and ashamed!
Similarly, a Chinese company has been manufacturing knock off HIBLOW HP repair kits and diaphragms for over a year. The parts look almost exactly the same and the sellers are tricking customers into buying them because of the very low price.
The parts are a disaster for the end user as they typically run very loud and last a week or less. We have received weekly calls from end users – unaware they purchased counterfeit parts – mentioning that the parts did not fit properly, and the inside of the pump had been damaged beyond repair.
We try to do everything we can to help, but the warranty of the pumps is voided when a non-HIBLOW manufactured part is used.
